how do i get a discount promo code?

Promo codes are the best way to save a heap of cash on our products. Simply signup for our newsletter, like us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter for the latest discount codes and new product updates.  You can always email us for a current promo code if you've missed the newsletter or signed up late.

Do discount promo codes apply to already discounted items?

You bet they do!  In most cases, discount promo codes can be applied to any currently discounted item(s).  This includes all of our stacks, clearance and ding and dent merchandise. We encourage you to double up on the discounts when you can because the opportunity to do so doesn't come around that often.  Some restrictions may apply.

WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT OR PROMO CODE AND WHERE CAN I SEE THE DISCOUNT APPLIED?

Discount/Promo codes are available to those who have signed up for our newsletter.  These codes can save you some serious cash!  Upon checkout, enter your discount code at the top of the checkout page where it reads “Have a promo code? Enter promo code here”.  Once you’ve entered your code you’ll enter a page where you can enter your billing address followed by your shipping address.  After entering your billing and shipping addresses you’ll be taken to an “Order Overview/Method” page where you can see your discount reflected in the overall price of your order.  You’ll be able to see your order total prior to having to enter any payment method or credit card info.

NOTE: Backing out of the checkout process or clicking the back button at any time during the checkout process may result in your promo code getting kicked out.  If this happens, go back to the "shopping cart review page" and re-enter your promo code (even if it shows that it's active), then continue through the checkout process uninterrupted.

What is meant by “Banned Substance Free”?

We take great care to ensure that all products are formulated and manufactured without the use of banned ingredients. We refer to the current WADA banned substance list regularly for updates and changes. Athletes should always consult their sanctioning body’s official rules handbook or regulations guide to cross reference ingredients that you aren’t familiar with or that may have daily dosage limits (example: caffeine).

We've established a long-term partnership with the Banned Substance Control Group (BSCG) and all products tested and certified by the BSCG are clearly labeled BSCG Certified Drug Free.  Every batch of these products is tested by the BSCG!  Great peace of mind!

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN PURCHASING A DING AND DENT BOTTLE?

All ding and dent bottles/boxes are new and unopened.  Ding and dent bottles/boxes are guaranteed to have good exp: dates for a minimum of three (3) months (most are 12 months or more) and have cosmetic blemishes.  These blemishes include wrinkled, crooked or imperfect labels and/or dented, smashed, smudged or scratched bottles/boxes.  All ding and dent bottles/boxes are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.  Great way to save some $$$

 

What is your backorder policy?

It's quite rare, but in the event that your item is backordered you will receive notice of the backorder via email from one of our lovable customer service reps.  At that time you'll have the option to keep the item on backorder or cancel it for a full refund.  All in stock items on your order will ship right away.  We ship your backordered item (with free shipping on domestic orders) when the product arrives in stock. Only the backordered item will ship separately.  Backorders are shipped in the order in which they were received.  We highly recommend that international customers contact us prior to ordering to check on product availability. 

What is your presale item policy? Will I be charge up front for the presale item?

Presale items are handled in the same manner as back ordered items. You will be charged for the presale item when you add it to your cart and complete the checkout process.  We then ship your presale item (with free shipping on domestic orders) when the product arrives in stock.  Presale orders are shipped in the order in which they were received.  The first to preorder will be the first to receive product.  If other items were purchased at the time you purchased the presale item, those items will ship to you right away.  Only the presale item will ship separately.

All orders placed before 1:30pm PST will be picked, packed, and shipped that same day. Orders received after 1:30pm PST will ship within 24 hours, unless we are unable to contact you for order processing related questions.

This is only considered a shipping upgrade if you choose to have a large and heavy order shipped, but you don’t wish us to ship it via FedEx ground under our Flat Rate Shipping protocol. Typical travel time is 1-4 working days within the 48 contiguous States. If you choose this as an upgrade for your large order please contact us prior to placing your order.

FPO/APO Mailing Addresses

Millennium Sport Technologies™ is able to ship to military mailing addresses via Priority Mail only. Transit times vary depending on location.

What if my package is stolen or vandalized?

We certainly feel for you!  It saddens us to know that their are members of our society that insist upon stealing from all of us.  With that said, we've also experienced a few blatant cases of fraud from customers insisting that their package was either stolen or vandalized in an effort to "double up" on their product.  We find both circumstances to be very rare, but due to the difficulty in differentiating between the two, we've been forced to change our policy.  We no longer refund or replace so-called stolen or vandalized product/packages.  Unfortunately, we have no control over your package after its documented delivery.  Please make sure it's delivered to a safe location.

If your parcel was lost by the carrier, we will happily help resolve that issue. Just email or call.

International Retail Customers

All valued international customers: Due to the unreliability of many international postal services we do not guarantee any international shipment and we do not issue refunds for undelivered, stolen, delayed or seized parcels.  Once the parcel is transferred to international postal services it's your responsibility. Tracking for international parcels is currently limited. We strongly advise that you contact us prior to placing your order to acquire a shipping quote based on the available shipping methods provided in the categories below. Please know your local import laws and only order if you are confident in your local postal service delivering your parcel.

International Returns: We no longer accept international returns.

USPS International Flat Rate Shipping ($35.99)

All valued international customers: Due to the unreliability of many international postal services we do not guarantee any international shipment and we do not issue refunds for undelivered, stolen, delayed or seized parcels.  Once the parcel is transferred to international postal services it's your responsibility.

This option is available on orders that comfortably fit into a USPS 1st class box or priority mail padded flat rate envelope, weighs under 4 pounds and is under $400 in value. This is typically no more than four (4) bottles of capsules or tablets. Please Note: USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes are only used for orders of 3 or 4 bottles. Shipments of one or two bottles will always be shipped via USPS first class mail.  USPS shipping typically takes 14-21 days to deliver depending on any customs delays, but has been taking up to 30 days to deliver in some countries. If have specific questions about whether your potential order can be shipped using this method, please feel free to contact us ahead of time and we’ll happily tell you. This option is not available for large powder products. Please contact us to request shipping quote on large powder containers.  

FPO/APO mailing addresses

The shipping charge shown when the order is submitted is subject to change. If your order needs to be shipped in two separate boxes you will be notified via e-mail with all additional shipping options and charges. We will not ship your order until we hear back from you. At that point you can decide to proceed with your order or cancel it and receive a full refund.

You can order all your performance products directly from our website via our online catalogue. Online order email confirmations will be sent to your personal mail account within 24 hours. Please note that Millennium Sport Technologies, Inc. may require additional information from you before we can process your order. If you fail to reply to our contact efforts after 72 hours your order will be canceled.

USPS First-Class Package International Service

First-Class Package International Service® is our most affordable international service for small packages. Send anything up to 4 lbs (cannot exceed $400 in value) to more than 180 countries. Delivery time varies by destination, but can take from 14-40 days depending on your location. Tracking information is limited www.usps.com and varies by country of destination. *Millennium Sport Technologies is not liable and will not issue refunds on parcels delayed, undelivered or ceased by customs. Please check your local laws to ensure that you are able to legally import the product prior to ordering.

USPS Priority Mail International Service

This option is only available by first contacting us to us receive a shipping quote based on the weight and dimensions of your intended order. Available for orders under $400 and excludes orders over 70 pounds. Deliveries typically take 6-10 business days, providing customs clearance isn’t an issue. Priority Mail International offers a limited tracking system via the United States Postal Service web site www.usps.com. *Millennium Sport Technologies is not liable and will not issue refunds on parcels delayed, undelivered or seized by customs. Please check your local laws to ensure that you are able to legally import the product prior to ordering.

Import Taxes

There are no U.S. taxes on international orders; however, you will be responsible for any and all additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we cannot provide you with these fees schedules. Your local post/customs office can provide this information for you. We recommend that you inquire with them prior to ordering.

If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs & duty charges incurred by us will be billed to your account. Once a package enters your country all charges are nonreversible whether the parcel is delivered to you or not. Orders may be returned after receipt if there are any problems in accordance to our returns policy. Please be aware of all related charges when ordering.  

What can I order?

You may order all products found in our online catalogue including sale, clearance and ding and dent items. If you would like to order a product that is not found on our website please email our friendly sales staff for price and availability. Note: Please know your local customs and import laws prior to ordering.   

When will my order ship?

International orders are shipped within 24 hours or payment verification/clearance providing there are no additional shipping funds required. Please note that it takes additional time for wire transfers to clear.

How can I order?

How can I pay?

You may pay with using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal or Wired Fund Transfer. Please contact us for more details regarding Wired Fund Transfer payments. Please note that Millennium Sport Technologies may require additional information from you before we can process your order.

What is our International Account Verification Process?

All International customer's purchasing over $100.00 for the first time, will be asked to submit information for account verification. If you are using a Credit Card for your purchase we will send instructions for our verification process in your confirmation e-mail. As long as your Credit Card number and billing address do not change you will only need to follow this process once. If you are using Pay Pal you will receive instructions for verification via our confirmation e-mail as well.

Will I have to pay any taxes or import duties?

There are no U.S. taxes on international orders; however, you will be responsible for any and all additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we cannot provide you with these fees schedules. Your local post/customs office can provide this information for you. We recommend that you inquire with them prior to ordering.  

What happens if I refuse or abandon my order?

Millennium Sport Technologies™ cannot issue credit for international packages which are refused or abandoned.  

Who is responsible for import fees, duties, and other charges?

You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for any and all levies, taxes, duties, import fees and other charges imposed by your local customs office. MST strongly suggests that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. MST cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.

Ship-To Prohibitions

We do not ship to third party addresses. Your designated shipping address must reflect the name and address of the order originator and match the name of the paying cardholder. Millennium Sport Technologies™ reserves the right to refuse shipping parcels to certain countries due to fraud. Please contact us via email for details.    

Returns & Exchanges?

We accept returns on international orders within the first 30 days of purchase as long as the bottles have not been opened and are in their original condition.  We do not issue call tags or pickup tags for returns.  All international returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt and an RMA number.  Please contact us via email to receive an RMA prior to shipping anything back to us.  Please do not refuse or abandon your parcel as a means to return product.  We do not issue refunds on abandoned, refused or ceased orders.  Please know your customs laws and anticipate paying any applicable tariffs, taxes or VATs.  We do not issue refunds on shipping charges.  

Exchanges - A shipping fee will be need to be paid prior to shipping your exchanged product out.  This fee will be based off of weight and dimensions. We'll notify you via email of the exact shipping charges prior to charging or shipping.

What is your return policy?

However, we understand that in rare instances, certain individuals may feel an ingredient doesn’t agree with their training style or body chemistry. In these rare cases, please feel free to send the unused portion of your product back to us, with a copy of your receipt within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, not including shipping and handling fees. Please follow the simple steps below to expedite the process.

NOTE: Due to abuse of our former policy, we no longer have an empty bottle policy. If you send back empty bottles, no credit will be given. We always reserve the right to refuse doing business with individuals or companies that blatantly abuse our return policy.

Return Policy Exceptions*:

  1. The returned product must have been purchased directly from us. If you didn’t purchase the product directly from us, please return the product to the vendor from which your purchase was made.
  2. Each return must have a copy of the original order conformation/receipt accompanying the shipment.
  3. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the product to us.
  4. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  5. The refund must be applied to the original credit card use to purchase the product.
  6. All returns should be postmarked within 30 days of the date of original purchase.
  7. Expired product or product past its “Best By” date is not refundable.
What is your exchange policy in the off chance I change my mind?

You are welcome to exchange any item(s) purchased directly from us providing:

  • The product(s) is in its original, unopened condition.

  • The product isn’t expired or damaged.

  • The product was purchased directly from us within the last 90 days and is accompanied by a copy of the original order confirmation.

Exchanges Policy & Exceptions*:

Pursuant to our exchange policy, exchanged products must be returned in original, unopened condition. Apparel must be unworn and in the original packaging. Millennium Sport Technologies™ will exchange the value of the product cost only. Additional costs above and beyond the original purchase price, including shipping fees and taxes incurred will be your responsibility.
