RIPTIDE™ is an advanced, all-natural herbal diuretic blend, formulated to aid in shedding unwanted water.  RIPTIDE™ may be used as a daily water reduction formula, or used as a pre-competition aid. 

Suggested Use:  For General Use: As an adult dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule with 8 oz. (237mL) of water, three (3) times daily. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily.

For Competition Use: As an adult dietary supplement, take three (3) capsules twice daily.  Take three capsules mid-morning with 16 oz. (473 mL) of water and three capsules mid-afternoon with 16 oz.(473 mL) of water.  Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. Do not use competition dosing for more than 5 consecutive days.
