Suggested Use: As an adult dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules twice daily with food. Assess your tolerance one capsule at a time. Do not exceed four (4) capsules in any 24 hour period. Product FAQ

Will SHRED-ULTRA™ cause sleeplessness?

Yes, it can, but it completely depends on the individual and how close to bedtime it’s taken. If it’s taken too close to bedtime then sleeplessness could occur. We advise allowing at least four to six hours between your last dose and bedtime.

Can SHRED-ULTRA™ be stacked with other Millennium products?

Yes, SHRED-ULTRA™ is completely compatible with the entire MST line of products except RagNOrok-ULTRA™ (caffeinated version) due to its caffeine content.

Can I use Shred-ULTRA™ with other fat burners?

As long as it is stimulant free. Always do your research on ingredients that are compatible to take with SHRED-ULTRA™.
